Oracle’s Siebel Data Quality improves the quality of your customer data by providing the capability to identify duplicate customer records. It also offers pre-built integration to third-party data cleansing tools. This application’s matching server function allows you to search, match, and identify duplicate customer records based on key customer attributes such as name, address, date of birth, Social Security Number, or tax ID number. This advanced functionality is available for multiple countries, languages and character sets. An additional feature, data quality connector, is a generalized interface that is capable of making real-time and batch requests to an external data-cleansing engine.
