Oracle Accelerate Solution Overview

Promero is pleased to provide an Accelerate Solutions proposal for Oracle Siebel CRM OnDemand Rapid Setup. This SOW provides a comprehensive implementation and training plan, as well as a firm price quote based upon the rapid setup for 25-300 with clearly defined business requirements. The plan has a clear division of responsibility between Promero and Customer Resources. Promero would be pleased to modify the scope of work or division of responsibilities at the customer’s request.

    •  Summary Project Plan for Standard Deployment for 25 – 300 Users
    •  Geographic region: North America
    •  Detailed Project Plan for Standard Design and Configuration
    •  All work is completed remotely

    •  Post Deployment Support: 30 days of offsite technical support via email, telephone or online chat
    •  Industry Best Practices and Business Flows Overview
    •  Fixed Scope and Fixed Price is described
