    Voxeo's pre-deployed VoiceCenter™ IVR Hosting facilities were built to accommodate the demands of the most wildly successful Voice Applications. Our VoiceCenter IVR Hosting facilities are based on our advanced VoiceCenter IVR Platform and best of breed components optimized for outsourced Voice Application hosting.

    Our pre-deployed VoiceCenter IVR Hosting facilities include all of the capabilities of our VoiceCenter IVR Platform, and add:

    Comprehensive Phone Network Connectivity
    Voxeo utilizes redundant fiber connectivity in multiple, geographically distributed locations to ensure your calls connect to our VoiceCenter IVR Hosting facilities quickly and reliably. Once they've arrived at our VoiceCenter, calls are answered by carrier class Cisco voice access servers and converted to flexible, IP standards-based SIP telephony.

    High Quality IP Network Connectivity
    Voxeo's VoiceCenter IVR Hosting facilities leverage one of the industry's most comprehensive sets of public and private IP network interconnects, including direct connectivity with AT&T, MCI, Global Crossing, Sprint, XO Communications and Time-Warner Telecommunications. This comprehensive interconnection solution delivers speed and dependability unavailable from voice providers who rely on connections from a single IP network vendor, and eliminates the risk of a single point of failure.

    Strong Encryption and Security
    Every Voxeo VoiceCenter is protected by multiple purpose-built Cisco PIX firewalls that deliver unprecedented levels of security, performance and reliability. Each PIX provides financial-class security services including stateful inspection firewalling, standards-based IPSec Virtual Private Networking (VPN), and proactive intrusion protection.

    Voice Applications requiring protection of audio and XML data can leverage Voxeo's Protected Data encrypted and authenticated IPSec VPN solution.

    Voxeo VoiceCenter IVR Hosting facilities are also built and managed to meet the requirements of ISO 17799 and HIPAA.

    Flexible Direct Data Connectivity
    Customers requiring the highest level of reliability or security use Voxeo's Direct Data program to provision dedicated T1/T3 and Frame Relay circuits between our VoiceCenter IVR Hosting facilities and your facilities.

    For failover and high volume emergencies, our customers use the Voxeo On Demand Data solution to connect multiple bonded ISDN data calls directly into our VoiceCenter IVR Hosting facilities. The Voxeo On Demand Data solution provides from 50 to 1,000kbit/sec of direct data connectivity at a moments notice.

    Complete Redundancy
    Every tier in our hosted Voxeo VoiceCenter facilities includes complete component redundancy. Dozens of voice gateways answer calls across thousands of ports. Three clustered Voxeo Voice Softswitches intelligently route calls in each VoiceCenter to hundreds of VoiceXML servers. And to ensure absolute redundancy, all inbound and outbound calls can failover between two completely redundant VoiceCenter facilities in Atlanta and Orlando.

    Rock Solid Reliability
    Voxeo's hosted VoiceCenter facilities feature redundant telephony and IP interconnections, redundant conditioned N+1 UPS systems backed by on-site diesel generators, and duplicate HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) systems for environmental control. When combined with our complete component redundancy and intelligent XML driven, IP-based call routing our hosted VoiceCenter facilities deliver mission critical reliability.

    Carrier Class NOC
    Our Carrier Class Network Operations Center (NOC) in Orlando, Florida features financial grade physical security, online UPS and diesel generator backed power systems, and mandatory dual access control. HP OpenView system management is supplemented by automated call, platform, and load monitoring and alarming systems developed by Voxeo. And our NOC engineers are just two secure doors away from our Extreme Support team, providing seamless trouble ticket escalation and communication.
